The stretching part of the bottle blowing equipment is installed inside the machine, and its direct acting parts are stretching rods arranged at equal intervals. In the original state, the stretching rods are below the fixed head shaft of the bottle preform and are aligned with the mold cavity. During the bottle blowing process, the stretching rods are stretched quickly, enter the bottle preform through the hole in the bottle preform head shaft, and then push the top of the bottle preform upward to help the bottle preform expand and form evenly under the action of high-pressure air. Based on process requirements, the stretching rods are required to move quickly, position accurately, and have low noise and vibration. And the stroke and speed can be adjusted according to the needs of different bottle types.

2. Disassembly and adjustment steps of stretch rod:
1. Use the human-machine interface to move the stretching rod to the appropriate position
2. Turn the bolt to unscrew the stretch rod from the stretch rod connecting sleeve.
3. Remove the screws at the bottom of the stretch rod connecting sleeve and remove the stretch rod connecting sleeve.
4. Remove the stretching rod from top to bottom. The method of installing the stretching rod is the opposite.

The following is a description of the cyclic motion process of the stretching part.
1. The mold is in the open state, the sealing and stretching are both in the lower position, which is the initial state;
2. After the preform is in place and the mold is closed, the sealing cylinder moves upward, and the front sealing ring is pressed against the lower end surface of the preform head shaft to complete the sealing. This is the mold closing and sealing state;
3. The sealing cylinder starts to pass high-pressure air into the preform, and at the same time the stretching servo or cylinder starts, the stretching rod rises to the preset height, the bottle body expands and forms, and the pressure in the bottle is maintained until it solidifies. This is the stretching and blowing state;
4. The exhaust valve controls the exhaust, the sealing cylinder resets the mold to open, the stretching servo resets, and the stretching rod returns to the lower position, which is the mold opening reset state. At this point, a cycle of movement is completed, the transmission system moves, the finished bottle is moved out of the mold cavity, and the preform to be blown is sent into the mold cavity to enter the next action cycle.
The mechanism comprises a stretching group, a sealing group and a blowing group.
The stretching group uses a stretching cylinder or a servo motor to move the stretching rod up and down.
The sealing group can keep the same pressure inside and outside the tooth mouth to prevent the tooth mouth from deformation.
During pre-blowing, the blowing group injects low-pressure air while the stretch rod rises. After a period of pre-blowing, high-pressure air is injected to form the bottle.
The stretch rod of the automatic bottle blowing machine is vertically centered with the mold nozzle. A 1MM gap is reserved between the rod head and the bottom of the mold. The bottoms of the stretch rods are flush without any height difference. The rod head is inserted into the middle of the bottom of the bottle mold and the upper cylinder sealing head is inserted into the mouth of the bottle blank.
