The blowing process of the bottle blowing machine mainly includes six steps:

1) First, place the heated plastic embryo into the mold;
2) Lock the mold with a locking cylinder;
3) Lock the embryo mold with high pressure or mechanical structure;
4) Pre-blow with medium or high pressure to expand the embryo mold by stretching the cylinder at the same time;
5) Blow with high pressure to shape the bottle blank according to the mold and maintain pressure for a certain period of time;
6) Release the high pressure in the molded bottle and reset the cylinder to - take out the bottle.

Pneumatic equipment is widely used in the operation of bottle blowing equipment. From discharging - locking - stretching - high-pressure blowing\deflation - bottle taking, this series of actions are all completed with the assistance of pneumatic equipment. For example, in the stretching high-pressure blowing and deflation circuit, the gas circuit is divided into two parts, namely the normal pressure part and the high pressure part.
